Healthy food can be the best medicine
The pandemic has taught us the value of fresh, nutritional, unhandled vegetables. We saw supermarkets with little or no product on the shelves. Our aeroponic garden was always available for fresh salads.

Della also found an article about her great-great-grandfather Cyprian Laurence who was among the first white settlers in the Kelowna area. Her great-grandfather Joseph Laurence died in 1917 at the Home for Old Men pictured above.
