If you’ve followed us for a while you know we are supporters of whole, minimally processed food. If feels like the marketers have gotten a hold of this goal and taken it too far.
We wholeheartedly believe in eating 9 to 13 servings of plants each day. Our goal is to eat whole food and reduce the amount of highly processed food we eat.
It’s not that we have anything against meat; it’s just that we grew up eating portions that are too large. While we have reduced that amount of meat we eat, we have no intention of eliminating it. We feel its a good, safe source of protein.
We are not fans of plant based meat due to the amount of additives and it’s taste.
