So many reasons to pump up your immune system

With the flu, Covid-19 and Shingles so much on the TV, we have taken steps to pump up our immune systems. We came up with the photo above after the 1000th bad new broadcast of that day.

While certainly serious to people of certain ages or health conditions, the experts are not saying you have to run out for toilet paper.

This is our plan:

  • Pump up your immune system.
  • Wash your hands.
  • Don’t touch your face.
  • Don’t panic, relax and have a beer
  • Exercise 30 minutes every other day.
  • Stay hydrated.
  • Get 7-8 hours of sleep every day.
  • Our flu and shingles shots are up to date.

In order to pump up the immune system, we believe in eating 9-13 fruit and vegetable servings every day. The American Heart Association has a good graphic about what a serving is.

We find that goal nearly impossible most days so we take a product that helps us achieve it. We’ve used it long enough and realized the benefit so we feel comfortable recommending it to friends. If you’d like more information, please get in touch.
