It does make a difference. We’ve tried all parts of the day.
For me, it’s got to be early in the day. When I take them at dinner or later I feel uncomfortable, too wound up and it interferes with sleep.
First thing in the morning works best for me. I can use that energy to do something productive.
Something else that helps is to add the capsules to our Complete shakes. The capsule are made of tapioca so they dissolve completely in the blender. It’s way easier to take a handful of pills this way.
